**Product Analyst** **Preferred Qualifications** **Position Summary** As the Product Analyst you will work closely with product management, business stakeholders, customers and the development team to drive the development of our Human Capital Management solution. You will be involved in all parts of the product lifecycle, from researching business problems, making decisions on daily development tasks to release related activities. You will also be responsible for juggling long term product priorities and short term customer needs and defects. You are self-driven, empathic and curious to understand customers and their challenges. **Responsibilities** Your work will include collaborating with technical teams, product managers and business stakeholders to maintain and enhance the product. + Conduct market research andinteract with customers to understand their needs, get product feedback andidentify additional market opportunities + Define business requirements,and use cases based on product strategy and research through vision documentsand user stories + Collaborate with stakeholdersto ensure design and implementation is aligned with business requirements + Work with the development team,through agile methodologies, to solve identified business problems and drivingdevelopment forward + Clearly define priorities at ahigh level as well as story by story + Ensure releases are planned,documented and shared as appropriate + Keep customers up to date onprogress and changes as needed **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering with an understanding of business OR a Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness Administration with an understanding of technology + Previous experience working inan Agile environment + Understanding of designthinking + Innovative thinking with apassion for problem-solving + Previous experience interactingwith customers, requirements gathering and analysis + HCM experience is a plus **Detailed Description and Job Requirements** Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy including build vs. buy business case. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Establish and manage relationships with SW alliance partners and assures technical support. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on company priorities. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures.
