Job Description:
**Position Summary:** The primary purpose of this position is to manage the client facing governance associated with delivering high quality services per the Statement of Work for large enterprise clients. This position will also influence continuous improvement initiatives to enhance services based on the input from our large clients. **Primary Duties & Responsibilities** + Manages large enterprise sized accounts within the Managed Security Services (MSS) customer base + Leads Quarterly Business Review (QBR’s) for designated accounts. + Manage high profile escalations, effectively communicating to client executives and internal stakeholders with Sales and the Delivery team. + Provides account management support to assist in the identification and resolution of customer issues, development of service enhancements, and notification of customer concerns to the MSS Team + Collaborates with client, service delivery team, partner project managers and key project staff/Stakeholders and coordinates status meetings with client and Managed Services Team + Manages all client deliverables that support scope management, quality management, and risk management + Develops best practices for account management disciplines and communicates with key stakeholders in the business **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field + At least five (5) years of IT project management and/or IT service delivery experience, including experienced dealing with managed security solutions or infrastructure solutions supported by Sirius’ Managed Services practice (such as Networking, Converged Infrastructure, Storage, Mainframe, Midrange) **Other Position Requirements** + Be available for client activity which may occur in the evenings or over-nights + Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL terminology + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical and/or service delivery relationships + Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex technical ideas and information into easy-to-understand terms for non-technical people + Demonstrated ability to ensure the Change Order process is utilized in order to maintain profitability, prevent scope creep, and ensure client satisfaction + Demonstrated knowledge of ticket management, monitoring and/or scheduling packages + Demonstrated communication and presentation skills + Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team + Demonstrated ability to provide project leadership to the service delivery team + Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships and work as a team player in a Managed Services environment + Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in working with disparate client and internal departments to deliver meaningful solutions. + Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and trust to secure future business **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior technical pre-sales experience + ITIL and/or PMI certification + Managed Services experience + Demonstrated knowledge of project estimation and scoping experience **Data Privacy and Security** **:** + All Sirius employees are responsible to safeguard the information and information systems that they use or handle in the execution of their duties. Other data privacy and data security related regulatory training may be required based on your role or assignment **Essential Functions** The position exists to provide Managed Services consulting solutions to customers and as such requires the ability to travel to and from customer sites and interact with customers on an ongoing and regular basis _The above primary duties, responsibilities, and position requirements are not all inclusive._
