Communications Coordinator, Integrated Campaigns Digital Storytelling Are you an outgoing person who loves building long-term relationships? We are looking for a creative, dynamic and collaborative communications coordinator to join our Communications team! The role will help to support our digital communications initiatives to support our overall reputation strategy. What you will be doing: Support the creation, management and execution of digital communication campaigns on social and content platforms, specifically About.Rogers.com Help develop ongoing content strategy for social and digital channels to drive positive corporate reputation Flex your creativity skills and help bring new ideas to the table on how we can continue bringing the Rogers story to life Help manage content calendars to ensure regular delivery throughout the year that aligns with overall reputation strategy Help distill complex/technical content and jargon into user-friendly content with a plain language approach Work closely with the Brand team to devise content, social and brand strategies that align with overarching communications objectives   Participate in cross-functional campaign support across the organization to help meet business goals and objectives Help provide monitoring support and manage various content related weekly, monthly performance trackers and tools Logistical and other tactical support as needed What you bring Positive attitude, a self-starter and proven ability to take initiative within a fast-paced team environment Agency experience an asset Content strategy and campaign management experience Good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook Business, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok Analytics and reporting experience with digital tools Strong interpersonal relationship skills and communication skills Highly accountable work ethic, ability to plan with strong time management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Here’s What You Can Expect In Return: A competitive salary and benefits that include access to our Employee Share Accumulation Program, Retirement Benefits and a variety of other perks including 50% off Rogers services and Blue Jays tickets A manager who deeply cares about your development and long-term career at Rogers A team that trusts and wants to win together Smart and accomplished colleagues who are focused on both the “what” and the “how” Flexibility to work from home even after the pandemic ends Your choice of hardware and software (iPhone or Android/Mac or PC etc.) As we grow our team, the well-being of our team members remains our top priority.
