Job Description Print Preview General description of the role: The Service Sales Representative acts as outside sales function to the service sales process with a particular focus on selling maintenance contracts. Main work responsibilities · Develop new prospects and existing customers to offer them our maintenance offering. · Assist in the process of identifying leads for service agreement from internal information including field service tips, customer contacts, etc. · Administration in the various areas of sales, functional support, support for developing offers/quotations, support in tender processes · Supporting customer contacts as required in the sales process · Identify and initiate necessary actions to secure high customer satisfaction Responsibilities/Authority · Responsible for following the service Sales process and routine. · Registration of new customers. · Internal actor for the administration of service agreements, back-office support, and regional service managers. · Adjustments to Service agreements · Public tender process support - Coordination - Monitoring - Statistics Competencies: · Strong in communication, written and verbal · Efficient with using a CRM on laptop and/or phone · Knowledge of AAES products and offers · Knowledge of AAES market and competitors · Technical understanding and interest Requirements: Education: College degree or equivalent based on demonstrated work experience Language: Fluent/highly proficient in English (spoken and written) Computer skills: Microsoft 365 environnement CRM-system Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position Documented experience in an administrative role Experience in a sales organization is an advantage Other qualifications: Personal qualities: · Goal and result driven · Organized and well structured with good communication skills · Good at developing and maintaining relationship · Innovative in improving ways of working · Strong communication skills · Cooperative and collaborative · Customer service-oriente We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
